An Afternoon Of Sensory Delight
It’s party time!
Come and join us for an afternoon of self-discovery through our uniquely curated experiential learning, arts and play.
Our mindfulness facilitator, Betty, will bring you on a self-discovery journey, you’ll go on a bear hunt and what will you find? We will not tell you now of course!
The 2nd part of the afternoon, you will get to learn how to prepare food with happy loving thoughts.
1. Onigiri (Basil & Dukkah, Kimchi, Teriyaki Chicken & Egg)
2. Chilled Tomato & Cucumber Soup
3. Spring Dumpling
4. Flower Rice Cake in Ginger Soup
You will then sit together and feast up! After the meal, you will be guided to color your own ‘Special Egg’. What are your dreams? Think about what matters to you, what makes you happy…
At the end of the day, through our uniquely curated experiential learning, we hope to spark a change in you, maybe an actualization that you too can move forward in chasing your dreams. Do not be afraid of the unknown, when you put your heart and soul in the things you do, you’ll notice the joy in doing. Happiness is not about the destination, but the journey.
Be present. You'll understand yourself better when you’re aware of your thoughts and emotions. Most importantly, learn to enjoy the process.
*Recipes will be given after the session. The ingredients are easy to prepare, suitable for those who love easy-to-follow recipes! Wow your loved ones or friends at the next gathering!
Mystery venue: we will send you an email to the location 48 hours before the event.
Hint: it’s on the east side, and walking distance from the MRT, there’s also parking space near the building.
Registration starts at 1:30pm, do come on time!
